Collision between a vehicle and a CTM bus/trolleybus/car
If the accident involves only the CTM vehicle and you believe you are in the right, you can report the accident to your insurance company for direct compensation. If CTM is responsible, your insurer will settle the claim directly. If you do not know the CTM vehicle's licence plate, follow the instructions at the bottom of the page to request the necessary information.
Collision involving multiple vehicles and a CTM bus/trolleybus/car or damage to persons/other property:
If the accident involves more than one vehicle or the direct compensation procedure does not apply, contact CTM directly by sending the Damage Claim Form. CTM's Insurance and Legal Affairs office will open the claim with its own insurance company.
Accident on board CTM vehicles:

Do not send medical documentation or injury descriptions to CTM; this information must be sent directly to the insurance company if they request it.
Complete the damage claim forms accurately and send them by certified email to ctmspa@legalmail.it or by registered mail (A/R) to CTM SPA, Viale Trieste 159/3, 09123 Cagliari.
CTM vehicle licence plate request:
If you do not have the licence plate of the CTM vehicle involved in the accident, complete the CTM vehicle licence plate request form with all the necessary details.
