Lost property found on company vehicles will be kept in accordance with Articles 927 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Objects found on CTM vehicles will be handed over by the driving staff to the office at the Autofiloviario depot at Viale Ciusa 14 in Cagliari, which handles their registration.
The office is open every day from 9:00 to 18:00 and can be contacted by telephone on 070/2091316.
To reclaim an object, the owner must present themselves in person at the office bringing:
A valid identity document
The duly completed and signed privacy notice (downloadable HERE)
To allow CTM staff to return the object, the claimant must prove ownership of the item they are requesting. Unclaimed lost property is kept for 4 months, after which it will be handed over to the Municipality of Cagliari's Found Property Office.
No fee is charged for the return of property.
